Join us for a beginners qigong class, a practice for meditative movement. We will review the history of qigong, acupressure points on the body that are helpful to note during the practice, and experience the practice together. The class will end with a sound bath to further your meditative experience.
Instructor Becky Nakashima Brooke has experience in the ancient qigong exercise of the Yi Jing Jing. This rejuvenating practice benefits physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
