As the daughter of both a cancer survivor and a cancer victim, Grace brings a personal and compassionate approach to managing this time of year, when feelings of absence and longing can be especially intense. She shares practical strategies for finding moments of peace, setting achievable goals, and leaning on others for support through the holidays. With a message of resilience and hope, Grace empowers attendees to honor their loved ones while creating new ways to embrace the season’s warmth and light.
