This workshop will be an introduction to integrative oncology. Integrative Oncology services provide cancer patients with supportive care for their mind, body and soul during and after cancer treatment. Our services are part of a holistic healing program that improves quality of life and overall well-being no matter where you are in your cancer journey - newly diagnosed, living with incurable cancer, or post cancer treatment. Featured Speaker: Dr. Richard Deming, MD, Medical Director of MercyOne Richard Deming Cancer Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Richard Deming, MD is a Radiation Oncologist with more than 30 years of experience. In 2022 he began a new Integrative Oncology clinic interested in better understanding the various needs of cancer patients and providing options to minimize side effects, enhance overall wellness and reduce stress.
