A free workshop that offers information on support for cancer caregivers. We will discuss the common worries and concerns of caregivers, role changes, and the benefits of caregiving. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their experience, hear from others like them, and learn practical strategies to cope and bolster their own well-being.
Featured Speaker: Nora Bosslet, LSW, LMSW, Program Manager at Cancer Support Community at Gilda's Club.
