Understanding Patient Assistance Programs and Non-Profit Advocates for Oncology Patients

Feeling lost in the world of drug affordability? Join Jennifer for a powerful workshop that cuts through the confusion and empowers you to navigate this complicated system.

Featured Speaker, Jennifer Gau, has worked on the commercial side of the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years and will give information about the ever-changing landscape of drug affordability, focusing on patient assistance programs, co-pay cards, and foundations, and touching on some information about insurance.

While the landscape has changed, there is still benefit to be had from industry and foundations. Sometimes this benefit can come from simple internet searches, and sometimes it takes a bit more work and time investment. Participants should leave with a better understanding of where help can be found, and how to manage these resources.

Anyone impacted by cancer is welcome to attend this no cost workshop. This program is offered both in-person and virtually on Zoom. Whichever format you prefer, RSVP is required. To register for the program or for questions please visit: www.gildasclubqc.org  or call (563)-326-7504.
